Melissa: Oh yeah, what’s goin’ on? Melissa Chase, live from Big Daddy’s down in the Bottom for your Radio Rave! I got JC Chasez in the house!

JC: Hola.

Melissa: How you doin’, darlin’?

JC: I’m great.

Melissa: You look fabulous.

JC: Thank you very much.

Melissa: So welcome back to Richmond.

JC: It has been a while, but I’m happy to be here.

Melissa: Yeah. And your music career is going well once again?

JC: Yeah, I’m literally hand-delivering you a record tonight.

Melissa: I love that!

JC: Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Melissa: [Laughs] You can hand-deliver me anything you want to, I swear.

JC: Wow. Hmm.

Melissa: So, you gonna hang out for a little while?

JC: I am gonna hang out. Uh, you know, I was just telling you before this, actually, um, you know I live in Orlando, and uh, this actually reminds me a lot of Orlando, this place. So I’m very very comfortable here, I’m excited to be here.

Melissa: Other than the cold weather, ’cause you got the scarf and the jacket on.

JC: It’s - yeah, you know what, but surprisingly, it’s warmer than I thought, so I’ll take it. I’ll take it.

Melissa: You takin’ it off tonight?

JC: I might.

Melissa: Did you hear that, ladies?

JC: The scarf, that’s it. [Laughs]

Melissa: JC Chasez takin’ it off tonight, just for you. Still time to come on down to Big Daddy’s, we’re gonna have JC Chasez on with us again. Q94, Prize Pigs, you all got your VIP access for tonight. Main Street, down in the Bottom between 17th and 18th Street. [to JC] Is there anything you wanna tell everybody?

JC: Uh, heads up on the single, and listen to Q94 to get it!

Melissa: Rock on. We’ll play it again in case you missed it…

Melissa: Oh yeah, Melissa Chase live from Big Daddy’s, it’s your Radio Rave goin’ on tonight. Myself and Boomer hanging out with JC Chasez upstairs in the VIP Lounge. How you doin’, darlin’?

JC: I’m hangin’ out at the bar, I’m good.

Melissa: Yeah?

JC: Yeah.

Melissa: Good night so far?

JC: Yeah, it’s been great, yeah.

Melissa: I’m gonna switch mikes with you so people can hear you. All right.

JC: Now mine’s louder.

Melissa: Tell us what’s going on with your music scene right now.

JC: Um, you know what, I’m literally hand-delivering my record, uh, right now, to everybody. It meant a lot to me to get back to radio. Um, I’ve been runnin’ around workin’ on this record for, you know, over a year now, and it was like, this thing is precious to me. So I decided to go on the road and literally bring this record to everybody by hand, uh, to show everybody how much it means to me, and to get back to my audience, to get back to radio because they’ve been so good to me in the past. So, I’m excited. I got this single, it’s called Until Yesterday. I co-wrote it with my buddy Justin, who seems to be taking over the world at the moment…

Melissa: [Laughs]

JC: And uh, yeah, I’m excited. I’m really, really excited about it.

Melissa: I’m glad to see you haven’t been all reality-TV’d out. It’s nice to see you sticking with the music.

JC: No, no, no, I don’t need all that. I just - me and my music. The rest of it, you know, it is what it is.

Melissa: Fantastic. Thank you for comin’ and hangin’ out with us tonight.

JC: My pleasure, my pleasure.

Melissa: You wanna introduce your song on Q94?

JC: Yeah, man! This is my brand new single, it is called Until Yesterday, and uh, it’s a great song, a good time, you know, so if you like it, make some noise and uh, have some fun.

Melissa: Awesome. It’s JC Chasez on Q94, Big Daddy’s at your Radio Rave.

Melissa: JC Chasez, live in the house! I know, baby, it’s been a long night for you. Anything you wanna tell everybody in Richmond?

JC: Uh, I just wanted to say thanks for having me, man. Everybody’s been really nice to me. I ran around, shook a few hands, took a few photos, and uh, everybody was very very gracious. So I’m very very thankful to be here in Richmond and I appreciate your company, and I look forward to comin’ back.

Melissa: Awesome. Well, we’re lovin’ Until Yesterday. We’ll keep on playin’ it on Q94. Y’all keep requesting it!
